MEMORANDUM & MINUTES

September 29, 2010 @ 12:00 P.M.

Those Present: County Commissioners:   Eric E Roberts     Thomas E Wilson (absent)   Don VonderMeulen

County Auditor:                Susan A Jones

Commissioners Secretary: Carol Westerman

Eric Roberts calls the meeting to order.

PROSECUTOR TITLE IV-D CHILD SUPPORT CLAIMS – Eric Roberts reported here for specifically to approve claims for the Prosecutor Title IV-D Child Support Claims.  In order for the County to eligible for 66% reimbursement for September Incentive claims.  Claims submitted were The Office Shop for a total of $231.00 and MDI – Midwest Data, Inc. for a total of $1,646.50.  MOTION – Don VonderMeulen moved we approve these claims for the Prosecutor.  Eric Roberts seconds.  Motion carried.

 ADJOURN – MOTION – Eric Roberts moved to adjourn.  Don VonderMeulen seconds.  Eric Roberts, Motion carried.
