The Franklin County Auditor’s office leads in public service, providing quality information and transparency to the residents of Franklin County, Indiana.

The Auditor oversees most daily operating functions of the county, serving as the county’s chief fiscal officer and Comptroller, protecting and safeguarding county tax-payer money. The Auditor also serves as Secretary to County Council and Board of County Commissioners, documenting all legal proceedings.

As a result, the Board of County Commissioners, County Council and other officials often look to the Auditor for day-to-day assistance, information and advice.
