Notice Of Special Meeting of Franklin County Council and Franklin County Sewer Board
Notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council and the Franklin County Sewer Board will meet on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to receive public information on the Reservoir Hill Sewer Project from any consultant, attorney or contractor. County Council will also consider an Interlocal Agreement Concerning Sewer Territory and Service; Resolution 2025-30: A Joint Resolution of the Franklin County Commissioners and the Franklin County Council Approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Brookville Lake Regional Waste District and upstart funding for the Franklin County Sewer Department for the Reservoir Hill Sewer Project.
