The Franklin County Service Officer assists veterans in filing service-connected disability claims with the VA. They also assist veterans in obtaining benefits relative to vocational rehabilitation, VA Home Loans, education, insurance, burial benefits and non-service-connected pension benefits.
Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Thursday & Friday: Call for appointment outside of posted hours
